At Fly London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your unworn footwear in its original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the style of our shoes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Fly London box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
